As you can see from my drawing the total length of mine is 6 5/8". Do these come in that length. If not I can route out the hole on the door to fit. Mine is brass (originally before discoloration)

Hi there! Take a look at our 42-006, this is our closest match. Just note that our flush lever is 7" in overall length and the hole spacing is 4-1/2". If you have any other questions just let us know.
