Can you confrim this lock will work. I measure 5-5/8.

Also am I able to get a screw for the handle?

Thanks for posting! This mortise lock looks to be a closer match for the 82-226 Mortise Lock. The installation hole spacing you show seems to be 4-5/8". Take a look over the specifications below and compare them to confirm.

I'm sorry to say we do not sell the replacements for the installation shoe. You'll need to purchase them from a local hardware store.
