Your mortise lock resembles our 82-227 but the body of your mortise lock is rectangular while ours is round. I'd recommend removing the faceplate and if you think that this is going to prevent you from installing the 82-227, send us another picture of your mortise lock removed from the door and we'd be happy to look into more replacement options for you.
