Mortise Lock - Round Face - 3 11/16

This looks like the mortise lock I need to replace a Marvin sliding patio door.

1. What does round face mean?

2. Does left pull door vs. right pull door make any difference with regard to the mortise lock I order?

I am submitting photos of the lock I need to replace below. Thanks.

I think you have hit the nail on the head! Just compare your dimensions to those on our mortise lock, 82-218 to confirm that they are the same. You can use this lock on either right or left opening doors.
