Mortise Lock Roundface 3 11/16 Product code 82-218

Question

Hello, I just want to replace the lock mechanism on my sliding door. It looks like the lock mechanism is almost identical to the 82-218 dimension wise ( maybe 1/32 difference on with) Please look at the pics and let me know if you agree this is the correct part before I purchase. Let me know if you need any more info or pics. Thx.
