Mortise Lock needs to be replaced

A quick learner from SD says:
Hi,
I have a patio door latch that will not stay in the up position- which automatically locks the door. I believe I would just need to replace the mortise lock.

Hello and thank you for contacting us. Please take a look at our 82-211 mortise latch and see if it that is a possible match to yours. If you are looking for a deeper inset, you may want to take a look at our 82-214 latch. However, I would first recommend carefully comparing your measurements and dimensions to our 82-211 to see if that could work for you.
