Mortise Lockset

A home owner from Atlanta, GA says:

November 4, 2020

I installed a Unique Home Designs metal storm door but the mortise lockset was not included. I need a lockset to fit and I have attached photos are attached. From the top hole to the bottom hole, the length is 8". The opening for the lock is 1 to 1-1/4" and the space for the lock from the front the inside of the door is right at 2".

The contractor said the lock needs to fit 1" to 1-1/2" inch if that helps.

I can't be sure but take a look at the 40-211 storm door lock and see if the dimensions, including the hole locations and the 1-3/8" backset, matches up to your door. Thanks for posting!
