Mortise box lock

Question

Hi there,
I'm looking to replace an old mortise box. Please see the attached pictures.
Would you be able to identify what is the lock that I need and do you have it in stock? The lockset that I'm working on does not have a knob option. You push the handle and it's moving the part in the mechanism to retract the latch. this isn't a storm door.

Unfortunately, we do not carry a match for the mortise lock shown in your photos. The 40-119 shown below is similar but not exact. It is also generally used on storm doors but it would still be our best option. Review the specifications listed on our product page to see what you think. Thank you!
