Mortise double hook lock

Question

Hello, my latch is bound up. It starts to throw the double hooks to the lock position but then binds up. I removed all the mortise locks on my multipoint lock system and the metal sliding pieces that activate the upper and lower latches are bent as well. Do you have these replacement parts available?

Hey there,

Thanks for posting! We cannot provide you with the entire assembly but you may be able to use the 82-238 Double Hook Mortise Lock to repair it. This is the only lock we have that appears to be compatible with your assembly. You'll need to remove the faceplate to install it.

Carefully look over the dimensions and see what you think it will work.
