Mortise for Silverline patio door

This mortise lock is honestly a bit odd. It reminds me strongly of our 82-218, and indeed its "face" looks identical to ours. However the body is a much different design. It looks smaller. I'm not sure if that's just a quirk of the manufacturer design or if it has to be that small due to obstructions inside the door frame.
