Mortise for Sliding Door

Need a replacement mortise lock for my patio door. Opening is between 3 1/4 and 3 3/16 inch tall and 1/2 inch wide. Screw holes are 4 5/8 apart. Door might be Alside, but not confident in that fact.

Sure, take a look at our 82-218. I believe this will work for your door, but let me know what you think.
