Mortise latch

The mounting hole in my door is 3 1/8 inches high, too small for the latch carried by Home Depot, do you have the part number for what I need?

To further review, are you able to show us the original mortise latch to view the overall style? If the latch is missing, can we see the shape of the cutout in the door frame? Thank you!

We cannot guarantee a direct fit since the original is missing, but the best we can supply is the 82-218 mortise lock that has 3-11/16" installation holes from center to center. Review the dimensions and the installation video below to see what you think!
