Mortise lock for storm door

Question

I replaced the handle on my storm door with Andersen storm door handle set. The spring in the lock is worn out and the door does not latch. I am looking to replace the part in the pictures shown above. The part has a small DH stamped in the middle of the plate on one side. Thanks for your help and reply.

Take a look and compare the dimensions of our 40-194 mortise latch to yours. Please note that the backset is 7/8". It's important to make sure this matches up with yours. Thanks for posting!
