Mortise lock needed for patio door

Question

82-226 mortise lock looks close to what I need, but I need a 5.5" gap between screw holes vs the 4 5/8" on 82-226.

Thanks for posting. Take a look at the 82-227 instead. This is identical to the 82-226 except the screw holes are further apart on the face plate. Compare the dimensions to your old lock and see if you think this might be right for you.
