Mortise lock replacement

Question

The latch of this mortise lock no longer works properly. It's from a marvin trimline patio door that I installed in 1996. Your part #82-226 looks to be an exact replacement. The faceplate is 3/4" wide and the mounting holes are 4 5/8" apart.

I agree, the 82-226 looks like a good match. As long as the dimensions are the same I think it's a good place to start.
