Mortise lock replacement for IWC sliding glass door

Question

Hi,

I have an IWC sliding glass door with a mortise lock and black pull handles. The latch action is not consistent, so it does not always catch when locking with the key. I don't believe I need to replace the thumb lever.

Can you confirm which mortise lock I need? it looks like I would want 82-226, but I want to be sure. Please also let me know if I need to replace any other parts.

Hello, Fred. I actually think this looks closer to our 82-227. The holes are further apart than on the 82-226. See what you think. We show detailed dimensions for each on their respective store pages, so if you aren't sure just look them over.
