The existing mortise lock is worn out and needs to be replaced. The mortise lock matches the 40-194 dimensions. Do you have a complete lock set to replace all of the existing hardware?

Hello there. At first glance this looks more like our 40-049 complete lockset to me. Compare with all the dimensions listed below and let me know if anything in fact differs.

Thanks, Bob. I checked the measurements and you are correct. The only measurement that didn't match was the handle face plate. Instead of 8 1/8, my measurement is 7 1/8, but that probably doesn't matter as long as the screw holes line up.

Just want to verify this set is not available in brushed nickel.

Not brushed nickel, unfortunately. We do sell the 40-183, which is the same set but made in satin chrome. Would that be sufficient?
