Mortise lock troubles

Lock keeps jamming. Sometime can?t turn the l lock keeps jamming. Sometime can?t turn the lot key or lock knob. Lock has marking, it reads AISD as shown in photo.

It definitely sounds like a problem with the mortise lock. Start by looking at our 40-194. Carefully compare our dimensions to your measurements and let me know how they match up.
