We can't be sure of what you need without seeing photos of your original hardware but take a look at another customer's thread here where we recommended the 40-049 as a possible replacement for the MTS 323. As Tom stated in his response, you would need to confirm that the dimensions shown on the 40-049 product page match up to yours. Thanks for posting.
