Mortise replacement

Hi,
This is for an MP Doors sliding patio door from 2018. I bought a replacement mortise from Home Depot that fit, but it didn't feel smooth, so looking for something as close as possible to OEM.

Hello there. This looks like the 82-226 Mortise Lock. Compare the dimensions and let me know what you think.

The one I got that fit, had the screw holes 3-11/16 apart. Is there a similar one with those dimensions?

That sounds like it could be our 82-218. This is the same exact part as the 82-226, except it doesn't have the same face plate. I suppose if your old face plate can be reused then there's no harm in purchasing the 82-218 instead of the 82-226, but they will both do the same job.
