Mortise sliding patio door latch with 3&1/2" screwholes

Old patio door at our rental property that has broken latch and odd size I've not been able to find anywhere. Saw one one your website that looked close but key hole looks low. Not being able to access keyhole may be ok as long as can latch it from inside manually. Would appreciate any advice. Internal pieces unfortunately missing so only have photos of where latch should go. Thank you.
