No name bend or any other type of identifying information on the door or on the lock itself other the "II " and "made in new zeland? Something on the interior of the locking mechanism has failed because when you move the lever it is free floating no tension. Lock is enclosed with two rivots so opening it is a one way street. Just need a replacement thank you.
