Tilt window has completed failed horrendously. I have several windows that have done this. At this point I have no egress from several places in my house if there is a fire because the windows weigh so much and won't stay up.
28 C BSI is stamped on one series and 32 C BSI is stamped on others. I will need the complete mechanism replaced as when it failed, parts blew apart and went everywhere. It bent the channel blocks. The window slammed shut with such force that I can't believe it didn't break. Vinyl windows from Moss Window Supply. Low E double paned.
