Hello - What is the center to center distance for the mounting or screw holes? Thanks!

I'm afraid I'm not able to get you that information at the moment, since we're all working from home and have no access to our inventory. However I can tell you with some confidence that the hole placement probably isn't going to match yours. I've never installed one of these without having to drill new holes.
