Does this 84-074 roller come with the mounting screws?? If not what size screws does the part need and do you sell them??

No, the 84-074 patio screen door roller does not come with mounting screws. Many times you can reuse the mounting screws from the roller you are replacing.
We do not sell the specific mounting screw for the 84-074, but you can pick up the replacement screws at any local hardware store. The 84-074 roller uses a 8-32 x 5/8" machine screw (if you have at least one of the original screws I would bring it along with you to the hardware store to make sure you get the correct screw replacement).
