Multi-Point Casement Window Lock

I am looking for a replacement for this Multi-Point Casement Window Lock. The handle has separated from the unit. There are no markings on the latch. Any assistance would be greatly appreciated.

The closest match I could find was our 38-096, which has the same 1-7/8" fork projection. However the hole center spacing is different at 3-13/16". Could you still get this to work?
