Multi Point Sash Lock Handle needed. Please help me Joe B

Dear Swisco,
I sent in a request last week and I haven't heard back yet so I thought I would try again. I have a broken 4"x 3/4" Multi Point Sash Lock Handle as pictured. The screw holes are @ 3 1/8th" apart. It is off my Kitchen window (unknown brand) on the left side facing from inside the house. I have seen a couple of different locking handles on your website. #38-058L. Is this the correct part for my window do you think? Mine says ACER as the manufacturer. I should probably order the right one too so they match. I tried calling you but all of your staff was busy and it wouldn't allow for a phone message.
