Multiple broken pivot shoes.

Purchased this house and found a few broken window shoes. Unknown window brand. Also I'll need a tool to remove the shoes.

The pivot shoe looks like our 15-175. Just make sure our dimensions match yours. Also, make sure to check if you have a cut-out at the top of the window. You may not need the tool.

Looks like it's the right fit. How would I choose the correct replacement spring?

Great! There should be a stamp printed on your current spring that will denote the proper replacement option. If not, let me know and we can work from there.
