Multipoint lock

Question

I need replacement for 3 broken Multi-Point Lock actuator. It has no manufacturer name or part number, but other hardware on the casement window says ROTO or TRUTH.

Take a look at the newer style 38-139 lock. I believe it has the same size fork as the one in your photo, but triple check just to be sure.
