Multipoint locking system for Windsor

The latch on the locking system flops up and down so now we are unable to open the window. We cannot release the lock.

If this is a casement window lock, and the window is stuck closed, see if the video below assists you. If in doubt, please send us pictures of the hardware in question.

The lever on the latch has broken. The latch is loose, flops up and down. We need what is shown in the picture. The windows were installed in 2006. Please help us find a place to order this replacement part. Thank you.
