Muntin Clips

Question

My home is 30 years old and all the windows have fake muntins on the inside. They are attached to the windows with plastic clips. Unfortunately, over the years, the plastic has gotten brittle and they crack when we try to clean the windows. I have attached a photo of one of the clips. Do you know where I can find replacements?
