I am missing this piece I'm two of my windows from installation and the company will not respond. Do you carry this piece for windows? The make and manufacturer is ply gem windows model300v duropro/climate smart single home type vssh.

Hello, thank you for posting,
It appears that you are in need of a new tilt latch. To further review, do you have any windows that still have the latch installed that we can see the overall style? From there we can get a clearer idea of the latch you need. Please also provide the length and width of the latch excluding the locking tab if possible. Thank you!
