My Channel Balance Shows 3290 BSI DF 36

Based on your pictures etc., I think I want the S385-33 option 3250 (29 lbs window).

Any suggestion as to what is the correct item number from you?

Hey Gary. I can't tell what channel balance you have without seeing photos of the nylon fittings on your original, but you are correct as far as the stamp option goes: if the sash weighs 29 lbs, an option of 3250 is the right choice.
