The internal spiral is longer than the standard S200-19

Question

I ordered S200-19 because the description fit my tube dimension.
It was 11/2/10 but I just got around to needing a replacement.
Surprise! They are not the same as the original.

My original balances have 19" tubes but the rod is 1/1/2" longer and the foot tips are 7/16" wide. The plastic cap is orange, not red. The only marks on my original are on the foot-S.B.I.
Please help.

The color orange tip is the same as the red tip, the dye lot was just faded so it appears orange, there are no orange tip options for this series.
