I'm not sure what you have. I would start by looking at our 15-135, which is 1-1/4" wide and 1/2" thick. If that doesn't match your shoe, though, then please remove it from the window, take a picture of it, and upload that picture here. I will also need to know its width and thickness. Thanks!

I am almost embarrassed to admit that I have no idea how these two window devices work. I have 50 of these windows and only 50% of them will go up and down. This Pivots keep breaking. Its almost like every thing just fits too tight.

Before we move forward, it is best to get those original parts out of your window so we can see the numbers printed on your coil balances.
