The Pivot shoe dimensions are as follows:

Thermal Gard discontinued this shoe, but our 15-070 should work well as a replacement. I've had many customers successfully use it in the same window. Let me know what you think!

Unfortunately, I did order the one you suggested, however, the original is much shorter, I did expand the opening so the 15-070 would fit but it bound up in the track and wouldn't glide beyond the entry point
Any suggestions??
Thx

The overall height shouldn't matter, and either way it wouldn't cause the shoe to bind in the track. The width and thickness are the most important and they match the dimensions you gave us. I am also positive that the 15-070 is the best match for your old shoe. There is nothing else on the market that will work as well.

I think there may be something else at play. Make sure that the center round cam is tilted to a horizontal position. If it's at a vertical position, those little pads on either side stick out to lock it in place. Also make sure that your track is clean and free of debris or anything else that would hang up the operation of the shoe.
