The replacement window balance you need is the Series 380, 26" balance with the stamp option of 2540.

Hello, I need two each balances. The numbers and letters on the one that is broken is 25 4 BQ. I believe it is your series 380 from the pictures on your website. Anyway, could you determine what I need from the numbers and letters I gave you?
