My casement crank has failed

I need a new crank or the whole assembly to replace existing. Need replacement parts, see photo attached.also, need a recommendation for an installer. Arnie

Thanks for reaching out to us! I'm sorry to say that I cannot use the information from the sticker to identify your hardware and one of the photos has uploaded completely blacked out. Can you please try resending the second photo?

To accurately identify the replacement you need, I'll need to see clear photos of the existing hardware.

Unfortunately, I would not be able to recommend an installer for this project. You'll need to research who, in your local area, might be able to complete the repairs.

Thanks for the photo! Your casement window operator reminds me of an older, discontinued version of our 39-091 ROTO Casement Operator. The opposite version of it is the 39-092.

Unfortunately, we do not sell the detachable link arm, so you'll need to reuse it for the installation of the operator, if possible.
