Hi, the Metal cams broke in coil balance as well as both pivot bars in my single hung vinyl windows. I don't know the model number of these but I believe the windows to be 10 years old.
Can you please help.

Hello, thank you for posting,
We should be able to assist with a replacement balance and pivot bar, but to further review, are you able to remove the window sash where we can see a full view of the pivot shoe and coil spring/cover? From there we can confirm the series needed for your window. Thank you!
