My crank and operators are mounted on the side not the bottom

My holes are 5 inches apart. Thus, it seems that one of your standard products will work. Do you agree? Please see the pictures

Here are additional pictures. You will see in the picture that the arm from the operator is somehow riveted into the window. At the moment I do not a means to remove this these rivets. Thank you, Gene
