Hi there!
I don't recognize this roller, it looks like there may be more to it. Could you confirm this? If so, we'll need to see an undamaged version of the roller you're trying to replace.

Thank you very much for all your time and effort in trying to identify these parts. Fortunately the vendor has agreed to just replace the whole door under a warranty replacement.
