My left and right window crank broke

I need t new window crank mecahnism. Thie is an Anderson Casement. Window from 1989-90 above kitchen sink. Has Truth HW Logo and a #30744 on one part. I need both left and right. The glass window is 18.5" and the longest metal arm is about 9". The crank just does not crank it anymore - handle pulls right out on both. Its over 30 yers old. What do I need?

Thanks for posting. Have you seen our 39-031 and 39-032 EntryGard Operators? These look awfully close. Compare the dimensions below to your old hardware and let me know if anything differs, and if so, how. If it's a match, then I think these should work for you. For new covers and handles, see our 39-107 and 39-114L.

It is not possible to measure the 10 and3/4 because the mechanism is installed and it is not straight and it is under the wood, etc. Is there another way to confirm?

I'm afraid there is not. If you cannot measure the operator arm as it is now, then removing it first will be necessary.
