My new sweep lock sits too high

Question

I bought the 90-180 sweep lock and the 90-183 keeper. But the sweep lock stands too high and won't engage the keeper like my old lock. It sits too high. Do you have anything with a lower profile?
One of your customer service agents thought I should look at the 90-009 but that looks so different.

Hello,

I agree with our customer service team that the 90-009 would be our closest match to your sash lock. The latch handle is a different style but the swivel tab that engages with the keeper would be the determining factor. Take a look and compare the specifications below to see if this could be adapted to work for your repair, paying close attention to the 3/16" thickness of the tab to see if it would engage with your keeper properly. We also offer the 90-136 face-mounted keeper that is similar to yours and is commonly used with the 90-009. Review the specifications below and see what you think. Thank you.
