My single hung window doesnt stay up.

My single hung window doesnt stay up. The handyman showed that this part is missing from the window. There is no brand name or model numbers written. Do you have this part? Do i also need a new channel balance to go with this?

Hey there. This looks like a 15-102 Side Load Carrier, which works with Series 145 Coil Balance springs sold separately. Let me know if you have questions.
