My track is not centered, will the 80-111 still work?

It looks like your model 80-111 will fit in my track OK but instead of rollers being located in center of track, they will be off to one side of track. Will this pose a problem with the screen door sliding correctly? The bottom channel that this track would fit in is not wide enough to allow me to center raised ridge in the channel. Should I just trim the edge off your 80-111 bottom track to get it positioned correctly? If so, how hard is it to trim this aluminum bottom track?

Thanks for posting! Did you try to install the track facing the other way? Maybe you would have the clearance you need without cutting the base of the 80-111. However, if you do need to cut the base, use a type of "Wiss" shears. It can be a little tough cutting, but just take your time. A little elbow grease should do the job! If you aren't comfortable cutting it yourself, you may want to consider hiring a professional.
