Your photos are showing a pivot shoe and spiral balance. It's tough to say which replacements you need with the hardware still in the window but you can start by comparing the specifications of the 15-047 pivot shoe and S600 spiral balance to your hardware. 

You'll need to remove your parts to confirm that the width and thickness of our shoe, as well as the 5/8" diameter of the S600 housing tube, match up to your dimensions. Take a look and see what you think. Thanks for posting!
