My vinyl windows wont stay up

Question

The vinyl windows I am looking at will not stay up. I cannot find any broken parts. Is there an adjustment for this. Stamped: (01/3) UNIQUE 27-C-30

Thank you for posting. I think that either the spring is sprung or the locking device on the bottom is broken. Either way, you will need a new balance. Please take a look at our S795-28 channel balance with the 28C stamp option.
