A rep asked me how thick is my shoe. It's a little less than a half inch. Thickness is .530 and the width is 1.209 and the sash height is 18 in.
These windows are only about 12 years old I don't know why these shoes broke. One broke then the other one, together.Thanks for your help

Unforutnately, we do not carry your exact pivot shoe but since the coil springs have the "T" end like our Series 160, you may be able to use our 15-191 as a replacement. The metal center cam should work with your pivot bar.
