The plastic tips were broken. The clip was unable to find, but the id number is 283088067F. Could you please help to identify the replacement?

I would recommend starting by comparing the specifications of the S370-29 channel balance with a 2830 strength option to an undamaged balance assembly. Thanks for posting!
