My window has no slots to install take out clips

I have Vinyl windows (manufacturer unknown). There are no takeout clips installed or slots to install some. Cannot install a balance without takeout clips. How to resolve this issue?

Greetings. You can substitute a screw in place of a take out clip. Drill a hole a few inches from the top of the window track and screw in a screw with just enough exposure to allow it to hook on the balance, but to clear the top sash guide.
